Poor kids !! Our goverment and society has never understand the value of youth. I have noticed policeman standing next to those incident and he don't even bother to say NO!
Let's hope we get upgraded version of CONSTITUTION ASAP which will tie every one from TOP 2 BOTTOM with out giving ANY ROOM and this will definately bring some change !!
