Home minister, Prime Minister and all other ministers of our country are always doing wrong and justifying their deeds. There is no rule, law and order..only the rich and powerful survives in NEPAL. It is the same either you kill a mosquito or an Elephant..life is life so for me Paras anarchy is synonymous to the anarchy created by the political parties of Nepal and the contemporary cabinet and Constituent Assembly. What will happen when one will show gun to other...?? Everyone in Nepali politics should be bombed and killed.

It is nothing but a plot to defame the former crown prince and monarchy. The political parties are afraid of the growing popularity of the monarchy.

Paras act is not going to help in reinventing monarchy in some ways. I agree with kiran gurung and lot of other comments wherein Koiralas'shady role to abolish monarchy is deplored. As much as i hate the very name Koirala i cannot agree with such act by paras. I would also welcome King Gyanendra's apology to the public and the party concerned (Mr and Mrs chaudhary) for his son's act, which i believe will sent a good message. I think time has also come for His Majesty to disown his son completely. In fact his extravagent lifestyle should be cut and he should be thrown out from the palace with only basic facility to live a normal life. His Majesty's putra-prem remind me of Dirta-rastra. one should not forget the end result of Mahabharta. I feel sorry that Monarchy has gone to this lean phase.

I dont support the act of former prince Paras but Koirala family should feel the heat for playing a dirty game to abolish monarchy. Much more than Maoist, Koiralas are instrumental in abolishing our monarchy. Monarchy i believe is the symbol of national unity. Who is going to bring Nepal under one umbrella if not monarchy. There are hundreds of caste and community and over 70 language, a country as diverse as Nepal should always have unity figure head institution.

It is sad that Paras has to depend on his revolver to make his point. Worse still is the mentality that is supporting his barbarism in the name of nationalism.No wonder we are where we are. If we cant discuss our issues with sanity in the parliament, how can we do so on the street. Everybody has right to be protected by the law whether a Nepalese or a foreigner. But do we care about right? Perhaps it is me who is expecting too much here

No matter what, opening fire, even is a most heinous crime.Prosecute him. Put him behind bars for the maximum time possible.

Dear NEPALI ( not Bangladeshi,Indian or half-german brothers and sisters)-- the dark day that monarchy was abolished from our beloved kingdom that was the beginning of the Nepalese downfall.We had our Hindu kingdom (unique in and to the whole world.All over the world we were known as the peace loving,friendly and disciplined people and EVERYBODY loved us.Tourism was great because there were no threats to the tourists from thugs and dacoits. Enter our own home-grown dacoits and the semi-dhotiwalas who call themselves Nepali and the result is THIS.OUR NEPAL IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN. What a shame on Nepali government,law AND PARAS. thIS IS THE HUGE CHALLENGE THT PARAS GIVING TO CURRENT GOVERNMENT N LAW IN THE COUNTRY. laws don't know him as a formal prince, he should b prosecuted as a criminal if he opened fire n try to kill them.I THINK GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE THIS CASE SERIOUSLY N INVESTIGATE N PUNISH INCIDENT RELATED PERSONS. If this case won't b investigate it would b further advantage for criminals n more shame on our poor law in Nepal.

It is not a solution to shoot out to any body, now it is called democracy in Nepal, it means this is not yet all someone has reserved power to shoot to anybody for personal any reasons. Anyone shocked? Not to be at all. Imagine what would have happened if monarchy prevailed. Two would have died and someone would have been blamed. It is all about mindset. Arrest him at the earliest. nothing less than that is acceptable.

What formal incident does the police and other official people are looking for? If the case was for normal people they would have arrest them straight.Doesn't matter what was the discussion about but firing is the misuse of power where no one could take action because of former prince. If the corrective action wont be taken at the right time he(Paras) may kill others too.so we all Nepalese need to raise our voice saying that the punishment needs to be equal for everyone no matter who they are?

I wish the law in Nepal was strict like that in China,where even the Ministers are sentenced to death if proved guilty of severe offense......
