The Process is exactly same as Applying VISA for the first time in Nepal. Infact they don't even call it as "Renewal". Go the Nabil Bank, get the date for interview, Make all the documents, show them ties to your Country............. It is recommended you apply for new Visa in your Home Country rather than Canada or Mexico. If you're denied in Canada or Mexico, you can't reenter US. I would recommend going to Nepal . Good Luck..

Kya Jhoor it is lot easier. Dont worry too much. I know lots of friend who were in the same shoes like you and got their VISA with no problem. No need to make a folder of papers. Just the basic.

Kyajhoor if you have been in status and finishing your classes in time you should have no problem in renewing your visa in Kathmandu. I just did mine a month back and no problem what so ever !!!
