Dear All, I am planning to apply for a canadian PR sometime soon. I was wondering if get the PR, can i continue to work in US or do i have to leave the country and stay in Canada? Suugestion/s appreciated!! Thank you all.

Just land and go back to US. You have to spend 2 years out of 5 years in Canada to maintain Canadian PR. So basically after getting PR, you can land and leave; and then come back to Canada just before 3 years to maintain your residency.

I think, once you get your PR. You first have to enter and you can back and forth. But you have to stay at least two years within five years duration.
