IT WILL, JUST TAKE CARE OF THE VOLTAGE DIFFERENT. SOME ADAPTER WORK IN BOTH 100 AND 240 VOLT, LIKE FOR LAPTOP. THATS GREAT. OR BUY THE ADAPTER IN NEPAL THAT PRODUCE THE OUTPUT AS REQUIRED BY THE MODEM AND ROUTER. OR GET VOLTAGE CONVERTER.
