i have been prescribed Patanol eye drops($115) and Bacitracin ointment($65) for eye infection and allergy. I am told to use only for one week.Does anybody has used these medications? Do you know any off the counter medication similar to this.I googled it but couldnt find Thank You KM

I havent used patanol, but i use pataday which is $30 for me after insurance. Pataday works great for any kind of eye allergy. You can use Zaditor which is over the counter at Rite-Aid or CVS costs around $15 to $20, and it does work for allergy.

nightelf i asked the doctor but he said he dont know similar over the counter. ananta09 thankx for your reply.i m talking without insurance, i have used alaway before which have same stuffs as zaditor. it didnt help the problem go away.i think i will buy whatever is in prescription.
