Hi, i am wondering in which city can we get best deal for economic used cars. Houston, Dallas, Baltimore, NY or anywhere else between that. Does anybody have any idea on that or it doesn't really matter? Also, if anybody wants to sell their car, you can let me know. Thanks

Cities where public transportation is easily available and bigger cities where there are lots of  car dealers ( competition to sale a car), you will find cheaper cars. Go to cars.com and compare the prices.

I just added something to blueray's thread. You should look in your city or closer cities. It may not be worth it to try in different cities  because you need to be there for test drive and you will pay taxes double and has to drive back to your city. There are certain procedures to follow and may be you have to face more hassle than the pricing. If you go North find used car rusty than the south will have impact on life of the car.

Best place to search for used car is "Craigslist.org". Print correctly, otherwise you may lon on unwanted sites.

Try to find one in your city, best bet is craigslist.org . Along with the beauty of the car, it must be mechanically sound and there are no future cost attached ( it may look minor fix  up as the car enters to the  mechanic garage , you never know how much you will be paying for the services and mark-up priced parts). Have a friend with you for second opinion because you may turned to an impulsive buyer, it is my personal experience. You can pay for a professional opinion , all garage do that.
