One room in a three rooms/one bath apartment is available for rent now or starting January 1st. We are a professional married couple and would want someone with our general good nepali values. We will be glad if we could be of help to any hardworking nepali student (as we went through that phase ourselves and know the difficulties). We will rent the second room only if there is a need of two rooms for the incoming tenant.

The apartment is in a convenient location and very well maintained. About a minute away from bus line 89 and 101. 2-3 minutes walk to bus # 88. Offstreet parking space (never had a parking issue in the last one year).

 

2-3 minutes to public park that has two tennis courts, one basketball court, children play area, outdoor summer swimming pool.  The closest YMCA is only eight minutes walk.  Five minutes walk to Indian grocery store (shivalic) & Stop & Stop. Particularly looking for any Nepalese professional/student/others. THIS IS NOT FOR A PARTY LOVING GENRE. Smoking inside is not allowed but there is a private deck strictly for the apartment. New washer and dryer in the kitchen.

The rent of the room available now is $425 per month which includes heat, electricity, water and internet.

Me and my wife live in the apartment. Both of us are professionals and would be very happy to be able to help any hardworking nepali student (as we went through that phase ourselves). We had a Nepali IT consultant who was living with us since January 2008 but he is going to Nepal on December 26th. We can rent the third room too but i think three people in an apartment might be good enough as there is only one bathroom.
