Hi All,

I have a Bachelors in Architecture Degree and Masters in Construction Engineering from US.  I am graduating this August. I am moving to Northern VA after my graduation.  I am very good in free-hand and also in Auto-CAD as well as other tools.

I have seen lot of jobs listed for my career and was anxious if anyone working in this field can share some of the experience finding the Jobs and the pay there.

Nepali thita- first search the job related to your master's degree. I gues you have B.Arch from Nepal, which would not help a lot in finding job in US.

Getting a job is important and then think about pay after that. Normally if you get a gob in architecture, it would be around 40K in entry level.

If you are single, first get the job and think about the place later! if you are married or gf in virginia or whatever be the reason..then think go door to door visit of every single consltancy near virginia with your resume and portfolio.
