bikash kc bro Prashant is in Mumbai now according to http://www.ndtvmusic.com/story.asp?id=ENTEN20070035718 . I think he is relaxing after few busy tours while Sony is counting US$s. Sony might have earned 5-6 times more than what he is given as a contract (maybe more). Next in line are Nepal again(3rd visit) and UK. Sadly his own people from Darjeeling area have not got a chance to see their hero yet.

he will be performing in Nepal on 22nd dec along with Amit, Charu, Kranti Ale, Anil Singh, Mingma Sherpa and Kid Soul.

I know you were expecting Prashant to be 'hiding' somewhere in the US so that you could bash him further. But unfortunately, you don't have that pleasure. Good luck for the future!

Earlier, you were even doubting if would get a visa to come to the US. Dude, he is a celebrity now and was coming to the US on the invitation of US based organizations. When fkin almost every student is getting visa even with  fake documents, did you really think that he would not get a visa??? Your rude way of demeaning Prashant speaks lowly of yourself, whatever you have accomplished till date. Who gives a F?

I understand what Bikash Kc is trying to say. Now, even if the questions about the whereabouts of Nepali stars are asked, people take it in the negative way.

If we can come here and stay here, why can't they? They come here in visitor visa which is legal, they stay here sometime, nothing wrong with that. If they find the place to their liking they apply for greencard which is also legal. They fall under the "outstanding performer, entertainer, celebrity etc.." category which is also true. Because they are so famous that is why so many of us are very worried about their whereabouts in US. Then they are granted permanent residence of the US. So many of us other common folks are granted greencard but their is no hue and cry. But why all this bally ho when Nepali celebrities get it? Is there any universal rule or law which states that if you are a common person you can go to foreign country but if you are a celebrity you should alway return to your home country? As far as I am concerned I have not heard of it.

I take this "question" just as a question and only as a question. Nothing wrong with that. But I also understand why others questioned the question.

So, here's the answer, from what I know with talking to the organizer of Prashant (and others') show this weekend in Kathmandu. He was in Calcutta last weekend - for a show and, much much more importantly, to see his family and friends (Darjeeling is a totally different issue now). After a few days in Kolkatta, he went back to Mumbai and now is on his way to (if not there already) Kathmandu.

And about the much talked about artist who didn't go back - here's a clip I 'stole' from Sagarmatha TV. This is his explanation to all his fans - which can be interpreted by many of us, to suit our own situation, who chose to stay back.

Bigstar like him, everybody cares and people defenetely have questions like where he live now(like bikash question)? Is he married? How is his GF? How much he make?List goes on.
