Hello my intellectual friends,
Do you guys know if it is possible to apply for H1B before graduation?
I am graduating next may and someone told me that if I send the evaluation letter then it is possible to file for H1B in April.
Can someone tell me whether that is true or not?
Thanks in advance!!

I think you can file the application only after graduation. While you can try your luck, I have not seen a single person who applied before graduation and got H1B. One of my friends was talking to the lawyers in his firm and they also said the same thing.

One can apply for an H-1B before graduation only on the following situation;
Must have completed all course work but have not actually graduated.
In this situation one must provide a copy of the transcript and a letter from the Registrar or the Dean of the program saying that you have completed all your coursework and will be graduating in May. However if you are still in school taking classes then most likely your application will be rejected.
Good Luck!
