There is no school in a Tamang village in Ramche, a rural area in the mountains of Nepal.
After meeting the children -and their parents- who live there, we decided to help them build one.

We need to raise $20,000. That's how much it will cost to buy all the necessary materials, carry them up the mountain (there is no road), complete construction of the school, train teachers, devise a curriculum and purchase books and teaching materials.

We believe that $20,000 is a small price to give hundreds of children an education and a whole new life. We hope you agree.

The Santi School Project chose its name from the Sanskrit word for peace.
