I was wondering if anyone has been to US Embassy in Ktm to get visa stamp (either F1 extension or H1B) after being arrested in US for DUI?

i know my cousin did and he had no problem coming back. he wen to mexico to get his h1b visa stamp though.

i m wondering about one visa question...do u guys know how difficult it ia to get visa for london...what would be the paper requirement eg...mainly bank balance.......and i don't think we have to go to nepal to apply for the visa ..do we ????
