Hello everyone,
US visa section (and American Library) has been closed untill further notice. It is really a bad news, as now unward nepali have to go to delhi for visa application which will complicate process and benifit/oppertunity (esp that Nepali Students are getting) will be greatly hampered.
What do you think, is it good to close or open???

Referring the picture you posted, Spiderman- the only thing I can see with full attention is the some sort of paper (it seems to me a 100 rupees Rhinoceros Green Note....!!!!) on the ground in between the dude holding brick and a RNA on the LHS.

there goes my plan to visit nepal in the summer.. now if i goto nepal in summer, i have no where to apply for a new US visa.

If anyone threw stones like that to an american policeman, he would be shot. But in Nepal they mostly just get beaten up, yet there is a big hue and cry over it.

Imagine few people who are not happy with Bush's war in iraq go to the street and start throwing stones at the police? They would all be shot.
