The case was filed in Feb of 2019. So, what went wrong? why is no decision yet?

What TPS lawyers are not telling you? Who are the lawyers? of course, some of them have ties to the Democrat party.

Like all media said Trump is evil, and racist then why the court is taking so long to decide that ending TPS is unfair to immigrants since Trump is racist as TPS holders said in a court filing.

Plus now they are on the phase of settlement i.e., sort of govt (which is now in favor of tps) agreeing to settle the case. The 9-month time buying extension may come any day, my guess. I know it is a fancy talk but senate is trying hard to incorporate this in their soft infrastructure bill. The hard bill may come to the floor as early as July 19th (today's news), so hope the second one would follow asap.
@sexy in sari knows all this better just he likes to "stir the things up" as maxpanye said.

Some prominent democrats would not support the reconciliation bill with out the immigration provisions that would include tps holders . They just said they would like to see some permanent solutions for tps holders .
