I have filed PD for couple of years now with pending asylum. I got my Masters in study now. I got TPS and have been renewing since then. I am currently working for a company under EAD. I need to bring my wife. My company is willing to sponser but my lawyer says I gotta go outside USA to get stamp for H1 if I apply. Any recommendations? Any ideas for bringing my wife under any laws.

First change your status from TPS to H1B. You don't have to go out of country to change your status. Once you are in H1b, apply your wife's visa as your dependent(H4). I am not an expert though.

The problem is I was out of status. Can counselor processing be done in US with leaving the country?

You don't know the story and without realizing facts you are already concluding huh?
You just haven't seen whole Nepal yet. So good luck analyzing Nepal and putting Nepal and texas flag as the logo, being judgemental and trying to be outsmart.
