drink water 5 liters (minimum) a day... gonna take time, but your issue should be resolved.

समस्या को समाधान

१. सिंगल भएमा

स्टेप ए :-पाहिले साबुन पानी ले हात धुनुष, अणि त्यसपछि आफ्नो साफ हाथ पादने ठाउमा लगेरा राख्नुस.

स्टेप बी:-बेसकन गनआउने पाड़ी सके पची(वीथिन फ्रैक्शन ऑफ़ सेकण्ड्स माँ), हात लागेर नाक माँ राख्नुस :)

२. वाइफ आएपछि

स्टेप ए:-वाइफ सुतेको बेल बिस्तारै वाइफ को हाथ आफ्नो पादने ठाउमा लगेरा राख्नुस.

स्टेप बी:- बेसकन गनआउने पाड़ी सके पची(वीथिन फ्रैक्शन ऑफ़ सेकण्ड्स माँ), हात लागेर वाइफ को नाक माँ राख्नुस :)

Simple Ayurvedic Treatment:
1) Try emptying your bowel every morning.
2) Flatulence is a vata condition, so stay away from cold weather, anxiety, insomnia, cold foods, beans, etc.
3) Ginger Remedy: Grate some fresh ginger root until you have about 1 teaspoon of pulp, and add 1 teaspoon of lime juice. Take this mixture immediately after your meal.
3) Lemon Juice Remedy: Stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda into 1 cup cool water. Drink it right after your meal.

drink plenty of water (at least 5 liters a day), avoid meat/fish/egg/seeds/nuts till your stomach comes to normal condition (you need meat and fish, understand that... it is because ur stomach is almost dead, avoid them till ur stomach is normal), avoid fried food, avoid oil (take 2 spoon of oil in ur whole day), avoid fast food or frozen food, cook ur food urself, eat raw vegetables as much as u can ( Broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and any leafy vegetables)... NO GRAINS (rice or roti or chanaa, rajmaa or anything seeds till ur stomach is normal), NO NUTS (walnuts, sunflower seeds, kaaju, almonds, etc. at least till ur stomach is proper).... NO FRUITS till ur stomach is normal (you can eat 150 to 200gm of blue berry or any berry).
I bet you will be fine within a week... no doubt... if u need more info on how to live a healthy life, and/or balanced diet, PM me.

You can eat Geek yogurt NO FAT at least 300 Grams a day or 3 cups .. go to walmart, you will find that easily... it has 80 Calories, no fat, less than 1 % of fat, and a lot of protein...

Understand, you take carb in about 100 gm a day, fat in about 2 spoon of oil ( no fat from milk, or animals or birds), eat lean meat ( fish as much as u want, or chicken breast), eat as much raw vegetables u can eat, try to avoid fruits as much as u can... avoid rice ( eat Quino or brown rice till ur stomach is normal)..


Just follow this till ur stomach is normal and then do try and error, understand ur body's optimum digestion, you should be fine in 2 months...
