I have new passport last year do i write new passport or old passport number.
My h4 is pending. I-94 has d/s as validity. My opt was denied. So waiting for h4. What should i write in form i821.

use old passport number but make sure to include copies of both old and new passport.

type the form and print making sure it has barcodes. then write with black ink D/S for 2.25b. you can attach a piece of paper explaining you came on F1 and your I94 say D/S. see instructions on how to attach separate piece of paper.
