I am sorry to hear that your parents are sick but going to Nepal under pending TPS and advance Parole through TPS is risky. Before making any decision, please consult with any Nepali Lawyer as are aware of handling TPS exceptional case which others might not.
Also, you can apply for TPS extension with all your pending TPS ASAP and you may get your case approved this time. Once TPS is approved, apply for AP under special case and they will issue AP soon under priority, then you can visit Nepal without fear.
