Joy is within. Inquire within and find the infinite bliss. Boredom and sadness is against life. Some practical advice: choose some mantra and repeat it for 108 times every day, preferably in the morning after you wake up. Also, do some pranayama like Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, and Anulom Vilom. Life will be transformed in a matter of months.

I second deepocean on this. Try to meditate at least 10-15 minutes every day and join the gym asap.

Forgive everyone again (non-meditation, and you will need to do this ever and ever again and don't get tired with this) 4. Exercise (you need to feel good physically of yourself) 5. Find someone you cares for you, who would understand you. 6. Stop hanging around with negative people that give you negative vibes all the time ( like my ex bitch) 7. Be productive 8. Be ambitious and hard working, but not over ambitious. 9. This is import: STOP comparing yourself with others. Remember they can never be who you are (I didn't say it other way around!) 10. Stop being jealous of others, instead praise for other's success (That is the sign of successful people) Also read all the Poems of Emily Dickinson (about 1000) That is what I have been doing to be happy after I broke up with my bitch. I am damn happy now.

Pharsi, have u ? Dont think so, otherwise u wont be thinking abt her anymore. Sorry bro, just trolling :) Mr P, i think u have too much money, free time and comfort. Daiva le na diyeko dukha Kukur aaphaile khojcha re. Ask any garib people in Nepal who have to worry abt next meal, "Are u happy ?", they will laugh at u. When there are problems in life, our survival instincts take over and we spend all our effort in saving ourselves. So find urself a challenge in life. What are u worst at ? Try to overcome that. Dont think too much trying to figure out meaning of life. It starts " as very simple" with ignorant people, gets more and more complex as we get wiser and finally comes to full circle to the very old " simple/nothingness" as one attains Buddha. So Mr P u r on the halfway, which is the most difficult part. Keep on ur journey or u can take the short cut to the END which is same as the START. Make life simpler.

I'd say start with good balanced diet I.e good breakfast dinner breakfast dinner healthy food. Healthy people are usually happy people .
