Hi friends I was here is visitor visa one year ago and applied for change of status from visitor to student and now when the TPS came my student visa is approved and I have started going to college. what I want to ask is I wan't to go back to Nepal after 2years and for that purpose and in the current situation should I apply for the TPS or be in the F1 status. Is it best for me apply for TPS or is best for me to stay in F1?

after you apply for TPS, life will be easier HERE for you (like you can legally work) but will be hard for you to go/come from Nepal and other complications. so it depends on your situation. if you are in grad school in STEM field with rich family, TPS won't benefit you much. but if you changed to F1 just to maintain legal status, its better to apply for TPS. you are a f1 student, so you should atleast know how to do a little bit of research. there are a lot of info out there. there is no hurry, you can do it till dec 24 2015. wish u all the best.
