Nepalese currently in US whose visa is about to expire should file for extention under special circumstances and also we as a community should push for temporarily protected status for Nepalese.
Green (TX-09) and Mike Honda (CA-17) introduced a bill, which would grant Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Nepalese nationals affected by the devastating earthquake"

TPS ....its a long process right now, it is just an initiation of requesting the bill to be passed by congressmen and they need support from all the congressman and also Nepal embassy has to request as well. Right now only thing we are saying is requesting to extend the expiring valid visa. So this is just a general information
