If you know someone who is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Arlington VA in a very convenient location, please convey this message. The rent is $1200 including all utilities. It is a hard wood floor, renovated with lots of amenities in a high rise. 

The rent at the same place for 1 bedroom is $1350. I got a deal and owner is very nice. The owner has not visited me once so far.

My owner said whoever takes the lease, lease will be for 5 months only as I mentioned above. If you want to extend the lease it is your choice. This is the best place to live rent (includes all utilities) wise, Grocery wise ( H Mart, Target, Safeway, and many more in walking distance), and 20 mins drive to DC.

Published in craigslist this morning 2 hours ago and I got 10 responses already  who want to see the place. I wanted to rent out the place to some nice nepalese as it is a very very good deal for this area. But alas! You got time till tomorrow afternoon to email me as some people are coming tomorrow to see the place. Going like a hot cake.

you are also providing hot cake to people who are coming to see your place? also you have not answered about the type of TV. is it tube TV or flat screen?

I wouldn't be too excited about people responding to an ad posted on CL. Scammers, thugs and in worst cases, serial killers and rapists are known to be notoriously preying upon innocent victims. 

Be cautious and make sure a few men are in the apt when you're showing it.

FYI, I have been using craigslist as a business place since 2008, buying and selling. 1 in millions of craigslist user may be victim.
