QA intern for 3 months and then will be rolled into perm position. F1/H1 fine. Will sponsor H1 if needed. Must move to Ft. Lauderdale , Fl. $10-$15 / hr during contractual period. 40-45K thereafter. Possibility of green card sponsorship for the right candidate.

SQL analyst/Developer: will sponsor H1. Must move to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl Salary range 50k - 65k.

You have to pass 2 interviews .. The first one being face to face.

Agreed to Biswash, $10-15/hr .....flip burgers.....I know employers don't have to pay interns but this is low...what else do you have to offer?...Also i don't think you will be able to hire H1's with such a low rate......let us know if your company is fortune 500..maybe you can attract few CPT, OPT in the name of experience. Even reporting rate is peanuts for the area you mentioned.

 This is indeed a joke - 40-45 K for an QA analyst and 50-65 K for a SQL analyst - do u really think people would buy this? 
Even with sponsorship and middle vendor comissions the pay should be much higher than what you have quoted.

lol.. SF ma minimum wage is 10.24$. This pay looks really aweful way it is put.

very interesting. just because you live in a high-cost living area where minimum wage is $10.24 does not mean that rest of the united states runs with the same economy.

fl has no state tax and has lower cost of living so $9 earned there is most likely about $15 in your beloved city.

I know what u are trying to say, but here someone is not flipping burgers for minimum wage and you expect someone to work in IT industry to pay level of McJob??? Working for 10-15$ in contractual is way too low no matter what.

There are way too many options and why should anyone choose this?
