this article is full crap. We dont have any resources, our politicain are corrupt and country cannot help people in remote. This is some thing good for the people who dont have any help. People are just stupid to write articles like this. If you cannot help please dont stop when somebody else is trying to help. Maybe they have their own intrest but who cares. Anyway people are dying for no medical support and food and shelter.

 this article is a propoganda. most likely the soldiers have been from the Pacific Command that is responsible for Asia region. they involve in various exchange programs and excercises with prior consent of the US Army command and the host countrys government.
