My company is willing to sponsor my greencard but i am not sure whether i qualify for EB2 or EB3.
My job description requires BS+5 yrs exp. and i have BS and 3 yrs in US and 3 yrs in Nepal.
Does my exp in Nepal counts or not since i have 3 yrs BS from nepal and 2 yrs BS in US.

If the job description requires BS + 5 yrs then you qualify for the EB2. You can use the work experience from Nepal...Also you can not count the experience from the sponsoring company......I hope your 3 years experience is from some other company not the sponsoring one.....and good luck......
