Are they still accepting asylum application from Nepal?  My understanding was that the country had to be a dictatorship like North Korea or Burma or in civil war like Nepal some 10 years ago.  What would the rationalization be?

California is a nice State if you are filing for asylum. After applying your application, you will get an interview date with in a month and the result in just 15 days. And the people in California are pretty liberal unlike the ones in Texas.

When you talk about cost, "sukka pani lagdaina if you want to file by yourself." But it is a life changing opportunity, so you better consult with experts.

Ya it is a federal crime to lie in asylum process. Anyone that lies or helps to lie can face jail terms and other legal consequences from the federal law of the country.
