Indian Consultancy bata H1-B approve huncha hunna tyo chahi vanna sakdina mitra, but I got H1-B visa stamped in Kathmandu when I went back to Nepal for dashain last month. Be very careful when you go for Visa stamping though; make sure you have all paperworks with you. I was stuck for few days since I was missing one of the paperworks.

ThrowException, well it depends on the reputation of your petitioner with the USCIS, some might be blacklisted by USCIS for immigration fraud or tax fraud. I have heard nowadays, in most cases you might get RFE if you go through third party employment. They might also ask a letter from the end client, if you dont directly report to your petitioner or you work on a different site than your petitioner. Otherwise it shouldnot be any problem. Same thing with the visa stamping, if you have an approved H1B petition and the documents that shows your petitioner's good standing with the USCIS and if you have a good understanding of things you work on , then you dont have to worry. Good Luck !!!

@ThrowException & @ BeAgresive:
Mero H1-B Indian consultancy bata haina. This was my first H1-B stamping. I was in F1 before then.
I had some court cases back when I was in school besides regular speeding tickets. However,the case was dropped and dismssed by DA.
I was asked by consular in Nepal to provide her with court document stating the charges were dismissed. I even forgot about the case and never came to my mind that I should get the court paperwork.
However, I managed to get letters later from Circular court and everything went fine.
Hope this helps. Sorry, I am not on sajha a lot lately. priority changes I guess.
Thanks!
