Y es: Nigerian scam. I posted for volunteer job and got reply why volunteer ? you will be paid and email was similar to Imsarcastic. And asked for personal info as well banking info so he/she can do direct deposit. Good news I was hired right then and there.

I would suggest you look at the following 2 sites:
http://www.a-claim.com/
and
http://medline-financial.com/
Clearly the medline-financial.com guys copied a valid site of a-claim.com and are acting like a valid entity to harbor your data for whatever reason they are operating for. Most likely some kind of profit to them.
Domain name information shows the following info, which corroborates that these guys medline-financial.com was registered recently (last week) perhaps to conduct some fraudulent activity.

Scammers are getting pretty smart thesedays. Previously they used phishing techniques to act as if they were another valid company. But if you clicked on the links you would know it was not a valid company.
Seems like the new things is to create more credibility they have a whole working website to fish your data.
The dead giveaway in this case was the patent number they copied from the original site. Googling the patent number showed the original site.
