Dear friends, I don't know what to ask the employers when they ask if I have any question for them during the interview. Most of the time I do in-depth research about the company and feel like I know everything about the company. What are the best questions that i can ask them to snatch the job.. Thanks,

What Kind of job you are applying for,
What ever you mentioned in you resume, about current project, working environment, how you solve the issue, how you comfortable with team, you performance, your strong point weak point, About your self, what you did in your professional life...I think those are genera which we need to prepare before any interview..
Gud Luck..

Online and in library you will find very good tips for interview. Long time ago I paid somebody to help me for the interview. The real estate bubbles took toll on that job. Now the whole department is out sourced to INDIA. They will ask you , do you have any question, you must ask a question but your answer should be something catches their head, but not about the pay, raise , benefits. Must read those tricks and trade about interviews.

I think it would be helpful for people who want to help if you mentioned about the kind of position you are applying for, but, generally speaking, I would encourage you to ask something you might have talked about during the course of the interview. That way, you don't appear too scripted and also shows that you can think for yourself. Of course, you will also have to do your own research about the company (industry..maybe?) and stuffs. Also, rather than starting with, "what," "when," "why"...try to give it a context. For example, you could start with something like: I find it interesting....but why...? Also if the company is invoveld in multiple businesses, explore the connection between them (there has to be some..otheriwse the company wouldn't be in those businesses) and try to come up with some intriguing questions. Asking questions (of course with a context) about the impact of the current state of the economy to the business could be a good area as well.
