Nepalese ministers on Friday will hold a Cabinet meet to highlight how
climate change is shrinking Himalayan glaciers and threatening rivers
essential to agriculture and development in China, India and Pakistan.

This is an inspiring move by MaKuNe's government before the Copenhagen summit. The Government of fellow SAARC nation,  Maldives, also held a similar meeting but was entirely under water to address their concern that glacial melt will submerge the archipelago in matter of decades because of ever-rising global warming.

The moniker of "world's highest cabinet meeting" in the international media headlines should be pretty irresistible to ignore for the insatiable green-house emitting nations.
