the calculation below is not totally correct. The correct 'math' gives 74km, so the total should have been 592km not 59.2km. हतारमा टाँसेको, हिसाबमा गल्ति भएछ । फेरि पनि, the top-to-bottom range of view is 592km, not 59.2km.

This landscape should be Greenland. The piece of land on the right is Iceland.
Youngbloodz's answer could also be correct but I doubt it because:-
1) the top left side of the landscape is steeply falling down from the top center. In South America's case, it is rather going up round Venezuela and Colombia and connecting with Panama with an isthumus.
2) The piece of land on right looks like an island rather than a part of Africa. It roughly looks like Iceland.
Also, Copycat's calculations shows that its a small area, so the water body can't be the Atlantic Ocean between SA and Africa, its a part of the Atlantic between Greenland and Iceland.
So, I am about 90% sure its Greenland!

I believe above picture is not real but two pictures added in one. I can't believe they will be mending space craft so near to the surface of earth. Even when you consider spacecrat as near as a LEO satellite the most nearest is about 400 km. Whoever has done it , i believe he has done a fine piece of Photoshop.

The picture shows the island of Hispanola, shared by both Dominican Republic and Haiti. The small island at the top right is Puerto Rico.

I think Nightcrawler is right on the money.. one easy aspect that makes it easier to identify is that the view is north south oriented, whcih is not always the case in pictures taken from space.. they may be upside down, sideways, etc depending on the trajectory of the spacecraft around the globe. Here's some more..

My vote also goes to nightcrawler for the first pic, northern part of South island and southern part of North island. The curved tip has Christchurch near it and Wellington is on the part visible on North island.
