you should have taken action when you had seen one.... but it seems u r late...

anyway, so far as  i know boric acid helps....(but cannot confirm as I have not tried)...

better tell your landlord about it...(but don't tell them that your friend brought it from somewhere)... just tell him you yourself don;'t know where it came from... (well it depends upon how much your landlord is helpful...if he is strict....better not tell in this case.....may bring other problems )

but keep your rooms clean before u let him know

Leave them in your closed room for 1 week.
They eat them all....costs only five dollars.
and if they bite you you do not to take Viagra anymore...

चुस्ने र चुसाउने दुबैलाई फाइदा......

हा हा हा! सायमि जि ले त हसाउनुभयो । अब Boric Acid ले नै Try गर्नुपर्‍यो ।हुनत्! Dietect को Bedbug Killer पनि Try गर्यौ, केही शिप लागेन ।

हाम्रो  Apartment  को contract May मा सकिन्छ । अब घरेलु औषधी गरेर चुप लगेर बस्ने योजना  थियो यो २ महिना, तर ज्यादै मुस्किल पाअरिसक्यो भन्या । हेरुम Boric Acid ले काम गर्छ कि त!

याद गर्नु, त्यो रसायनिक बिषले चुस्नेलाई भन्दा पनि चुसाउनेलाई
हानी हुन्छ। यस्ले दमको रोग आउन सक्छ, मस्तिष्क असुन्तलन हुन सक्छ.

the best thing is tht u guys should get a bed. and clean all the freakin mattresses and stuff...........in the bottom (i mean the khuttas of the bed.i f ur bed is like mine without any khuttas use bricks or plastic things in the four corners.. the plastic thing could be bought at CVS or usual stores ) u guys should put some insecticides every time in that khuttas coz its the place the bugs gonnna climb to reach u coz it doesnt have wings...also make sure nothing from ur bed touches the wall.........always look around the walls for any bedbugs and kill them............may be spray on the walls when u r not in the room....

remove carpets and clean often with antiseptics...

i used this method and trust me at least i got gud sleep and i had same problem like u guys... i had 1 and half month to go and i didnt want to call pest control... but this is not a permanenet method..if u plan toextend ur contract ther is no way u coudl do it by urself so better call pest control.

Suggestions to treat bedbug bites include:

* Resist the urge to scratch.
* Use calamine lotion, , caladryl lotion or anaesthetic creams to treat the itching.
* Wash the bites with antiseptic soap to reduce the risk of infection.
* Apply an icepack frequently to help relieve swelling.
* Take pain-killing medication if symptoms are severe.

See your doctor if the bite develops an infection.

Steam clean affected areas with diluted borax (2 oz per quart of water).

Open wall voids and treat with, sodium borate, food-grade diatomaceous earth, or other products labeled for this use with ingredient disclosure. (Wear a dust mask when handling powder formulations.)

For your body, try calamine or caladryl lotion. You can take a benadryl, but it will probably make you sleep, so it is best to do that at night.

Wash all linens in 140 degree water (Fahrenheit) before you put them back on the bed.

Clean the entire bedframe thoroughly. Pay special attention to where the bedrails fit into the headboard and footboard as these are favorite hiding places.

In addition, clean the baseboards in the area of your bed. They can hide in there also.

It is madhesi tree, may be saal is sakhuwaa( I guess it is same, leaves are used to make Tapari and botaa).

हिजै Walgreens बाट Boric Acid किनेर ल्याएको, अब राती  मज्जाले सुत्न पाईन्छ कि भनेर सेतै पशुपतिको गजेडी बाबा हुँदै सबै तिर पाउडर छरे. एक्छिन सम्म त आनन्दले सुते,  तर राती ३ बजे तिर त एक हुल नै आएछ ।  हुन त पहिला को भन्दा थोरै नै आए, त्यहिपनि सोचेजस्तो चाँही भएन ।अलि धेरै दिन सम्म Use गरेपछी चाँही भागछ कि त ?

 हाम्रो Apartment त Infestation नै गरी सक्यो नि साले हरु ले ।एउटै मा ५०० अर्को मा ५०० जती थिए क्यरा । अब त Couch, Mattress केही पनि छैन, त्यहिपनि कहाँ बाट आउछ आउछ ?

अनि एउटा कुरा, यो Udus भन्ने त Udchha हैन  तर यो Bedbug को त  पखेता नै हुन्न, त्यसैले Bedbug र Udus एउटै हैन . Bedbug को नेपाली नाम चै के हो नि ?
