Address the President of the Nepali Association there. I am certain he or she should be able to find some volunteers to help you in your reasonable need. If you are an international student, then there must be some international student director or co-ordinator at your college/university who can replace a fellow Nepalese's help.

Thank you TM. Actually i am not an internatinal student, i am movig to NE so kind a worried as i aod not know any one there atleast at the beginning.

And by the way are there Nepali restaurants also?

If just for one night, do not bother anyone. Land anywhere in Omaha( Bus stop- Traiways, Grayhound), take a Taxy( its safe- I took an assistance of a Cop who was standing nearby) ) and ask him to take to "Ecomomy Inn". A motel. $ 50 a night. Taxy is Damn cheap- just $5 for a short distance ride. Buy some ready made food in a nearby store and relax.

I got a job there so i am coming that is why it would be better if could get hold of some one to have some iade about the location and place to live and finding the apartment and all. It is not just a night....

where is your job going to be located and look for an appartment around there. Like AX said contact Nepalese association out there and they should be able to help you out.

Nepali Association is quite good over there.......contact them....u'll find plenty of nepalis over there...don't worry.......

If you hasitate to call Nepali society

Look for an indian restaurant in Omaha on google and called them and start speaking in Nepalese that might also be helpful.
Also call west telemarketing in omaha and ask for some common Last names in nepali like shrestha, sharma, KC and you will get some nepali on the other side...and carry on the conversation .

Did you do what I asked you to do...call the nepalese association in Omaha, also google indian restaurant in omaha and ask if anyone from nepal works there. That might be helpfull instead of briging this thread to the top..
