How could you get rid of human addiction?I mean if you know someone for a long time...HE/She has been there for you when u needed them the most...and now u r addicted to his/her company that you demand attention all the time even knowing that he/she has more important things and persons in life......and now it is time to realise and move on?.is there any better way to get rid of this addiction than completely stopping everything and to disappear from the scene..... isn't it better than being disappointed everytime?

I am actually going through that phase!! I dont know what to do and i m SO addicted to him and totally dependent on him.
Things are messed up and i would suggest if i had any suggestion unfortunately i m experiencing the same.
