Ms. Lalpari, UML have already said that they didn't throw stones at royal procession, and also condemned. The newspaper say that it might be maoists. But these people are still be caught by the law. That's why a probe committee has already been made. But royals are above the law. According to law in Nepal, royals can never do wrong.

For you supporters of Monarchy, indulge me if you will and explain to me why we should hold the Royal family in such high regard...what bounties have they bestowed on Nepal in the more than 33 years of rule that they have enjoyed?

I am not saying that the Political Parties have delivered all that they promised, but, they did make a lot of headway in terms of increasing the literacy rates in the country, development of roads and bridges etc. In this regard, Surkhet aka Birendranagar, named after the last monarch remained amongst the least developed areas in Nepal under his regime and so did Gurkha--the ancestral homeland.

The basic rights of people vis a vis the Royals and those affiliated to them have always been and will continue to be non-existent, hence, Paras as Crown Prince seemingly has no accountability for killing people and running them over in numerous drunken stupors, firing a gun inside a night club with other patrons present...you seem to be a little too quick in dismissing these actions

So again, explain to me if you will, why the rest of us should hold the Royal Family in such high regard and consent to an autocratic government?
