What is the reason for your PERM Denial? If denial is something because of employer-related then yes, its better to go for other employer. But first find out the reason and you could even hire an employment-immigration expert lawyer to help your case depending on the reason. Good luck!

My employer said the Certifying Officer did not check my education and experience properly. And they filed MTR justifying the certifying officer but i doubt that it’ll be approved. I’d appreciate if anyone can share their experience in this
