Send a letter to Asylum office stating you want to withdraw your case.. BTW: Did you say you went to Nepal while Asylum was pending?

I haven't told i went to NPL while Asylum was pending. I went to Mitra Rasta Bharat and went from there.

Is your asylum case pending at the asylum office or the immigration court? If it is pending at the office, just go to the asylum office and tell them you wanna withdraw your asylum application as your eb-1 is approved. If you were ever given a notice to appear in court or your case is in immigration court, you need to file a motion to terminate proceedings.
