NepaliBudho, I am not the expert but here is what I know. ETL stands for Extract, Transform and Load. Extract refers to importing of data from a source, Transform modifies the source data as needed in order to export to a destination, Destination can be SQL Server. Load is actually a process of exporting the data to the destination.
