Any in H4 status applied for TPS?

My wife did and she is working for last 3 months. What is your question ?

My wife is in H4 and she is planning to go to school from Jan 2016. I was planning to change her status to F-1 after her school starts. If she applies TPS , she will have both TPS and H4. I was wondering if she can change her status to F-1 from H4 while holding TPS as well(either pending or approved).

Another thing is, can a person on H4 status use TPS EAD to work? what will happen to her H4 status if she use TPS EAD to work on H4? Let me know.

It sounds like you already filed for H4 to F1 status change.
She can maintain H4/F1 and TPS at the background as long as she is not voiding H4/F1 status.
My wife didn't care about H4 (didn't even file for extension after filing TPS). As long as I am maintaining my H1 she can come to H4 anytime if TPS ends.

I haven't filed for her status change. She is still in H4.

I am just wondering. Did you apply TPS too? or you are just staying in H1B?

Yes i did and its approved as well. Just keeping as backup for last resort.

Can somebody tell once you file TPS and it gets approved, and later on can we file TPS EAD? I have researched so many places but couldn't find answer.
