Bandita ji they said that they mailed my TPS approved letter but I didn't get it however I got my EAD. When I checked my status online it says case approved. I inquired about the letter and they said that I have to request a copy of that approved letter and have to pay around $500 fee. Do I need that approved letter? Are they going to request when we apply for TPS renewal in future?

Can anyone answer me to put on Question 16 and 18 on Form I-765. If H4 is applying just TPS not EAD.

16. for the one who is applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS)-- Just TPS not EAD
is it (a)(12) ) Or (c)(19). ?

I kept c 19 applying only TPS but not EAD. I am not sure. I just applied as well
