I am planning to visit the US for Christmas, New Years in December for the 4th time in 12 months period on US tourist visa. I am a bit concerned if there might be problems at POE. I did not stay for not more than 2-3 weeks on my previous three visits and always left before my I-94 expired. Though the officer at POE interrogated me on where I was staying, etc. on my third visit. For this visit I plan to bring my return ticket with me, a letter from my college here in Australia, bank statement, hotel reservation in the US, travel itinerary. Do you think these will suffice should I get questioned at POE? Do you personally know anyone who has visited more than 3 times within a year's time?

I don't think this is serious question ! You are just trying to show off. Anyway as long as you have enough balance and reason to show there shouldn't be any problem.

Wth, do u have a sidechick in the US or what? Anyways, I don't think b-2 visa has restrictions on number of times u can visit. it is multiple entry visa. The officer interrogated just so that u r not doing anything illegal.

There is not a set rule or restriction that limits the number of times a visitor with a valid US visit visa can visit the US. You can visit the US as many times as you desire - of course - as long as the visa is valid. However, the IMPORTANT thing is to show that you were here or are here for a valid reason, which is to purely visit (including attending seminars, business meetings, school conferences, visiting friends/famiy etc) and not work......make sure to keep all documentations, receipts/confirmations of reservations, invite letters (if applicable), financial documents, college documents etc - all relevant documentations - available at the POE and be ready to explain the purpose of your visit at present (and purposes of the visits you'd made) and you should be fine. Good Luck.

While there is no law that restrict you to visit US multiple times but US immigrant officer may ask you question regarding your intents. I am saying this because I have experienced with one of my relatives. It's not of a big deal but just make all documents ready and you should have valid reason to visit and should not violate visitor visa policy. That's all and you are good to go but expect immigration officers to question you.
