You can send money to this account...be 100% confident your money will be utilized by the people in need. Name: BamDev Gautam Acc no: 420420420420 jokes aside.... Donate to any international organization who are already helping there on the ground like oxfam, don't trust individual Nepali charities foundation anymore and definitely not to Prime Minister fund.

Lot of NGOs and INGOs we been hearing are getting enough fund and they are not mobilized properly right now, may be they will be mobilized in the future as we need. The main problem in Kathmandu and all affected areas are food, water, shelter, sanitation etc. If you have somebody back home whom you can trust, then send money to them via money-gram, western union, and ask them to buy basics and distribute to the person in need. For checking them, you can ask them the receipts , pictures and videos distributing them. Of course people can cheat if they want, that's why I said send it to people whom you trust. Like Nishant322 said, you can trust to bibeksheel Nepali group. You can check their work at https://www.facebook.com/bibeksheelnepali?fref=ts and their website is http://leadnepal.com/earthquake/

How about donating to people in remote villages around Namche and Thame in foothills of Everest where I seriously doubt bureaucratic channeled help will ever reach. Just my thoughts!
