The ANA is probably going to stop doing conventions after this years less than mediocre participation. I went Saturday to see what all the buzz was about but it was disappointing to say the least. Felt sorry for the organizers

I flew from California for this event and I am very disappointed as well. I wish it could have been more organized and could have marketed well for a bigger crowd. The biggest crowd was only on Saturday dj night. The halls were empty.

People use to say, you are grunted to get laid, if you go to ANA, isn't that case any more? God what's happening to neplease..

So, All Nepali United Society will be active then and start their own competition called
Mr and Mrs ANUS instead. lol

Thanks god, I saved almost $1400 this year.

Airfare: $450 ( $25 + $25 Baggage) up and down from State of Cali = $500
Room : 89* 4 = $356... No! I can not sleep in couch or floor or share queen size bed with three guys.( thats typical though) lol..
ANA Registation: $ 25
DJ night = 20 * 3 =$ 60 Friday ,sat, sun
Food : ~ 150 ( nepali style with frens out of my pocket for 4 days)
Drinks with Homies and Homegirls : ~ $300 +
Misc: ~ kati ho kati...
almost $1400 Expenses and I dont get to laid, that would have been fcked up. Didn't gamble going to ANA this year and I guess I won the bet. Last year in NY was superb ;)

BD haha good financial analysis on that. I don't think I will ever go to ANA again. Waste of time, money and effort. It would be more fun to just go to a beach and relax there.
