Has anyone filled out I 129 themself. My employer dont want to hire a lawyer. they think it can be done by us easily. I think it can be done but not easily. and i need help from anybody who have done it.

We are  a very small company with less than 10 employees. I have all the document we need to apply but havent filled out the I 129 form yet. It is like 17 pages long. One more question does filing tax as a regular resident affect your H1 processing. I file online and they usually ask state of residence and i just click indiana and I figure that will make me file as a regular citizen.

Anyone who have filled th form out could you let me know which part We need to fill in.
