The top google result for latex editor happens to be
http://www.latexeditor.org which is a free Latex editor for window. I have never used it though.

Texmaker and Kile(not on windows) are good enough for me.

You can check them as they are free. No point in spending money if the free counterpart is good enough for you.

I use Lyx. It is really really good. Just need to play around for few hours.And it has all the features of LahTech. Knuth and Leslie rocks.
