Don't be surprised if he wins. There are lots of Indians in US who will back him up with the voting points. Look what happened to Big Brother in England? Shilpa Shetty won due the votes of the vast majority of Indians in England. Eeni Indians..wherever they are, they are so united. Why can't nepalese be the same?

well he sure does sound like a tele-tubies-singing in those tele-tubis shows....
MY prospective..he doenst have that mature and surreal voice like others in that show do....

Some folks in that show are really good!!! i mean really really good..(I have watched that show couple times, so cant judge characters..but sure can judge their voice,and thats all it matter).

I say this is an American Idol Scam. I am sure the viewers rating is high as everyone wants to see Sanjaya out. There is going to be only one winner so why not just keep Sanjaya and increase the viewers till they can. That is why he is still there.

He is just 17, so i do think he has a long way to go....

Like it or not, American Idol finalist Sanjaya Malakar has risen to reality television stardom as the kid on American Idol who can't carry a tune. Sanjaya continues to shock the world as the guy who remains on Idol despite the fact that he can't sing. But he has made his mark with his ever changing hairstyles and his super hot sister who has attended his performances with cleavage baring outfits and has shown up all over the web in skimpy outfits.

So - in the strangest idol season yet the question for Tuesday night's show - at least for some is what's up with Sanjaya Malakar's hair and what will his sister Shyamali wear? Sanjaya's sister who is shooting for the stars herself, and may have a modeling career her future. Shyamalia is a former Hooters girl, and now nearly naked pictures of her are floating around the web where she is pictured behind a guitar.
She really made waves with a bouncy video that showed the buxom 20-year old cheering on her bother with some eye popping cleavage. Now all eyes, and if the American idol is wise, all cameras may want to be trained on the former Hooters girl as her brother tries to hang on for another week.
Hey - if I have to listen to his awful singing each week - I'd at least like a peak at sister Shyamali in the crowd cheering him on.
