ONE OF MY FREN, DUE TO FINANACIAL PROBLEM ..DIDNT GO TO SKOOL THIS SEMESTER . THUS SHE IS NOW OUT OF STATUS. BUT NOW HER FINANACIAL PROBLEMS ARE OVER. SO NOW HOW COULD SHE GET IN STATUS AGAIN.COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN ME ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING REINSTATEMENT LIKE WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS AND ALL THOSE STUFFS PLZ ..PLEASE THIS IS VERY URGENT

Well! good luck with that. Reinstatement is hard but sometimes USCIS grants it with no questions asked. So, you need luck much more than the documents.

Chari! as far as my concern, if she apply for medical leave , she can re join the class yet , as Hankhora says it is not easy if she is out of status for more than 5 months. try to find some Dr. or Psychologist who could write a letter than "due to her illness, she is unable to attend the class." My sister did same thing so somehow I know. Please consider, its not easy as it seems but she should not give up.

I always wonder one thing in Saja. Everyone say my fren has this problem or that. Why they use my fren even that is for him/her. Why don't use ..I have this problem. I saw couple threads like that. Its tough to get reinstate Saan Dai
