Hi please help me with some tips for the Studnet visa in Canada.
------------------

One of my frineds who is studying in Denmark is accepted by Canadian University and would be there by September (If all goes well). But he has loads of things to do before he finally could land there.

1.It is said that he has to get ACCOMODATION before he applies for visa, and he has to submit the documents saying he has accomo, Is that true? (When he asked it to Intl officer in University, their advise to contact embassy)

2. How r the chances of job in Canada? Well he is coming to Ottawa and he is not yet sure whether he really likes to go there coz he feel insecured. He is managing well here by odd job ( his pay is 80 krnoner/10 Euro/ 13 US Dollars) per hour. As he is going to Canada as an Exchange student he wont be allowed to work legally. So the problem is how r the chances of doing some KAALO KAAM? That is impt for him as he cant support himself for a yar and wont get anything from Unviersity except travel grant.

3. How much is the least pay of Ontario/Ottawa? He belives, Canada being 10 times multicutural than Denmark, he has better chances of working in some Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and even Nepali restauratns. Do u see any chances?

4. How expensive is Ottawa? Like if u say in Copenhange u need at least 500 to 700 US dollars to lead a simple/single/student life.

5. Any ohter tips?

-----------
Thanks in advance.........

it will sure be difficult for him in Canada as an exchange student without support from university and/or supervisor who invited him. living in Canada in general is expensive than that in US. Woriking and studying is really hard jobs to do simultanously for him. i think he just needs to produce some document on how he is going to manage his living costs /other fees.

is this "he" the same Amazing?
