Nepal center of north carolina web page has president and vise presidents cell number there, why don't you give them a call and they can help you with that.

Iam in touch with them (President and vice preside and alos the guy who runs the website) and they do not have any idea and this association you talking about is an hour and half west (raleigh Durham area) away from Greenville.
